So last week when John Boehner presented the GOP ransom note to President Obama I couldn't believe my eyes!! These were the items that he wanted to avoid the shutdown of the government!! They were all the issues that lost the Republicans the election!! If I were the President I would have just said "Pardon my French but go f.... yourself!! Now, as we struggle through the shutdown, I am glad to see that most people seem to realize who the culprits really are in this, well, as Bill Moyers rightly calls it a "Sabotage of Democracy"...... some may even call it treason! Hey if Bill Clinton can be put on trial for having sex with an intern and then lying about it, what can you do to can to Boehner,Cantor and Cruz for their willful attempts to get around the will of the majority and get their way!!! Just a thought!!

The debt ceiling is next. They would have the government default on its obligations and responsibilities.”
“When the president refused to buckle to their extortion, they threw their tantrum,” Moyers continues. “Like the die-hards of the racist South a century and a half ago, who would destroy the Union before giving up their slaves, so would these people burn the place down, sink the ship of state, and sow economic chaos to get their way. As Moyer so correctly points out this is not the way our system of government is supposed to work: visions of Everett Dirksen and Hubert Humphrey working together on the Civil Rights Act and the Voting Rights Act in the 60s, Tip O'Neill working with Ronald Reagan in the 80s, even the Senate working Jimmy Carter on the transfer of the Panama Canal in the 70s, dance in my head, That's the way that the system is supposed to work, But let's face it, that's not the way that the Radical Christian Right wants it to work!! The Radical Christian Right and the War on Government
There is a desire felt by tens of millions of Americans, lumped into a diffuse and fractious movement known as the Christian right, to destroy the intellectual and scientific rigor of the Enlightenment, radically diminish the role of government to create a theocratic state based on “biblical law,” and force a recalcitrant world to bend to the will of an imperial and “Christian” America. Its public face is on display in the House of Representatives. This ideology, which is the driving force behind the shutdown of the government, calls for the eradication of social “deviants,” beginning with gay men and lesbians, whose sexual orientation, those in the movement say, is a curse and an illness, contaminating the American family and the country. Once these “deviants” are removed, other “deviants,” including Muslims, liberals, feminists, intellectuals, left-wing activists, undocumented workers, poor African-Americans and those dismissed as “nominal Christians”—meaning Christians who do not embrace this peculiar interpretation of the Bible—will also be ruthlessly repressed. Klayman Sets Date For Revolution To End Obama's 'Reign Of Terror' -
The totally-not-delusional Larry Klayman has finally set a date for his proposed uprising to remove President Obama from office: November 19. The Judicial Watch founder writes today that protesters will “descend on Washington, D.C., en masse, and demand that he leave town and resign from office if he does not want to face prison time” for pushing “his Muslim, socialist, anti-Semitic, anti-Christian, anti-white, pro-illegal immigrant, pro-radical gay and lesbian agenda.” Klayman, who has repeatedly called for a revolution, claims that demonstrations will use the same tactics as Mahatma Gandhi and Egyptian protesters to “shut the city down, by blocking roads and massing in front of the White House” and “bringing the victims of his reign of terror” to Lafayette Park. He contends that Obama is even worse than King George III: “King George III may have been a greedy ‘control freak,’ but at least he was a Christian. Joyner: 'Our Only Hope Is A Military Takeover'
On yesterday's episode of "Prophetic Perspective on Current Events," Rick Joyner declared that democracy in America has failed and that the nation might not last even to the end of President Obama's term, warning that we are heading for a tyranny from which we can only be saved by a military takeover.
